K.A. is an award winning visual artist and a mysterious person named Kristian Adam, who makes the nice pictures that you've seen accompanying some of the stories by M.S.T. Company with his set of paints. His work will appear in Crow Toes Quarterly for the third time in January 2008 (his second cover).

If you asked him, Kristian (or K.A. as he is mysteriously-known) would tell you nothing about his process or his past, but rather will go on for hours and hours about his Magical Unicorn named Mooshi and his seven, slushy-addicted, imaginary friends.

Kristian says, ' I believe it is vital for humans to realize their biological roots and to understand they are a part of nature, not separate. Through wit and seriousness, I hope to convey a unique dimension of our relationship with each other and the environment, and provoke thought and preservation of the places and things we love.'

Translated, that means: 'I'm Kristian, I make pictures all day long, la, la, la, la! Let's play hop scotch!'
